Sebastien Cretegny

Before pivoting to the field of sustainability, Sebastien has worked 10+ years in the Swiss luxury watch industry, holding executive positions in management and business development.

His international career brought him to many places, notably Asia where he was based for 5years. Along his journey, he has promoted common good and developed many fruitful collaborations.

Animated by a true passion for environmental conservation, he wishes to contribute to a positive and concrete impact in the luxury industry by advocating his conviction that business must be a force for good, embracing purpose and transcending mere shareholder value creation. 

Driven by this aim, Sebastien founded Movo Partners in 2022 - a consulting firm with expertise in designing strategic action plans that leads to a sustainable transformation, with specific focus on the luxury industry. 

Sebastien studied management and leadership at IMD in Lausanne and Sustainability Leadership at the University of Cambridge.

Passionate by nature and outdoor activities, he holds a certificate of mountain guide and advanced scuba diver. Activities during which he finds his inspiration and peace.
